The epidemiological studies that have been published to date detail a multitude of congenital defects that may be associated with the use of Paxil during pregnancy. Those discussed include cardiac, cranio-facial, skeletal and other birth defects. GSK has claimed that there is no pattern to whatdefects are alleged to be caused by Paxil.
